Private Stuart Clifford Langford

Stuart Clifford Langford was born on February 29, 1888. In 1915 he enlisted as a bandsman with the Canadian Army and was sent to Bermuda. He is pictured at left, center, while in Bermuda.

In 1916 Stuart re-enlisted with the CEF and was sent to France where he fought at Vimy, as well as other battles. He returned to Nova Scotia in 1919 and eventually settled in Oceanside, CA where he operated a printing business until he died in 1965.
